Delivery Information
| We use Parcelforce for large/heavy items ensuring fast and secure deliveries to mainland UK which require a signature upon delivery. We have a collection every working day (Mon/Fri). For smaller items we use royal mail 48 tracked and where necessary royal mail special delivery. Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE unless stated otherwise. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be charged accordingly. If you are ordering from any of these regions, please contact us first at: sales@astromodels.co.uk for current rates and we can then generate a PayPal invoice for you with the appropriate delivery charge. All goods are carefully checked over before dispatch. Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail.
