Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Using this method we can
dispatch your order quickly. Please note that when using PayPal the
'Ship To' address must be the same as your confirmed address in PayPal. |
| Delivery Information |

We use Parcelforce for large/heavy items ensuring fast and secure deliveries to
mainland UK which require a signature upon delivery. We have a collection every working day (Mon/Fri). For smaller
items we use royal mail 48 tracked and where necessary royal mail special delivery. Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be charged accordingly.
If you are ordering from any of these regions, please contact us first for current rates and we can then
generate a PayPal invoice for you with the appropriate delivery charge. All goods are carefully checked over before dispatch. Once you receive your goods,
please inspect them for any damage during transit and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. We are here to help. |
| Returns/Cancellations |
| If for some reason you change your mind and would like to return your order
after delivery we are happy to accept your return providing that the goods are unopened/unused and
in it's original packaging and everything is in new/pristine condition.
All returns must be notified in writing first and once this is confirmed by us they are to be returned at
the buyers cost within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returns will be carefully examined before any refunds are given. |
